  2. Any incorrect address can be edited at UPS My Choice.
  3. I understand that DUE TO COVID-19 there may be a delay in my delivery. It may take 7-14 business days OR MORE to receive my order.
  4. I confirm that I have ordered the correct color and quantity.
  5. I understand that if I change my order during processing that it will cause a cancellation or delay in my shipping/receiving.
  6. I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.
  7. I understand that due to COVID-19 that I may or may not have to sign for my package under the discretion of the package handler. You can edit/change your delivery details and/or location at UPS My Choice.
  8. I understand that scrub-life-llc Lifestyle is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from UPS. 
  9. I understand that I will not receive an email response to any question that is already answered on the website. 
  10. I understand that scrub-life-llc Lifestyle offers a  90 day warranty on all Scrubs and Lunch Totes. For any quality-related or manufacturing defect issues within this time frame, an exchange or replacement will be honored. Please open your packages upon receipt. scrub-life-llc Lifestyle is not responsible for how I carry & treat my product.
